Listen to the music of Eric Church and you will quickly discover that he is a creator who has long been unwilling to conform to industry norms, conventions or expectations – weaving his way through various genres from rock and blues to country and soul in the creation of his songs. All with lyrics that stand alone as poetic statements of Eric’s heart, soul and life experience. And he wanted to create a whiskey to match.
As luck would have it, Eric met a serial entrepreneur named Raj Alva who had a similar passion for whiskey – and an outstanding track record as a pioneering businessman. Together they set out to create a series of the world’s finest whiskeys – in untraditional ways.
They recognized that somewhere deep down, we’re all restless. Born wanderers and seekers. Anxious to leave the routines the world has forced us into for the adrenaline of adventure. An invitation to take a chance, find greater purpose, chase a dream.
But there’s a difference between those who dream it – and those who actually do it. The grand journey and freedom that comes, warm as whiskey, with abandoning yourself to an open road. Wherever it leads. It’s something they call “the JYPSI Spirit.” Because we’re all born beautifully wild until the world tames it out of us. And no matter what they say, there’s still a little JYPSI in all of us. Whiskey JYPSI is your invitation to take that first step, that first sip, that changes everything.

WHISKEY JYPSI TRIBUTE
Their Tribute Double Barreled Bourbon begins with rare, flavorful grains like once-sacred Cherokee White Corn, sustainably grown by small family farms. Distilled and aged a minimum of four years in new charred American oak, it’s then re-barreled for an extra 3–6 months to deepen its rich vanilla and caramel notes. Bottled at 86-proof, Tribute delivers a smooth, refined taste that honors the land, the soil, and the revival of heirloom grains.

WHISKEY JYPSI EXPLORER
Their new Explorer Series celebrates the harmony of six-year aged whiskeys and unique finishing woods from around the world. The first release blends a sweet Kentucky low rye bourbon with a spicy Indiana high rye for a mash bill of 66% corn, 30% rye, and 4% malted barley. Finished at 103 proof in French Oak from the Forest of Tronçais and American Oak from the Appalachians, it highlights the balance of sweetness and spice in every sip.
