WHAT ARE HAPPY HARRY’S GIFT CARD AND E-GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
Happy Harry’s gift cards can be used at any of our physical Happy Harry’s locations in Fargo and Grand Forks.

• No expiration date
• No transaction fee
• Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash
• Gift Cards are only redeemable for merchandise. Unused value remains on Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Gift Cards are not credit/debit cards and have no implied warranties
• All Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable
• Happy Harry’s Gift Cards must be obtained from Happy Harry’s. We do not authorize third party sales. To verify the status of a Gift Card, Happy Harry’s reserves the right to require a receipt of the
  original purchase. Happy Harry’s is not responsible for and assumes no liability for any unlawful conduct or fraud by unauthorized third
  parties associated with gift cards
• Happy Harry’s is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards or any unauthorized use

HOW DO I PURCHASE A HAPPY HARRY’S GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD?
Happy Harry’s gift cards can be purchased as a physical card in-store only or e-gift card on happy-harrys.com. Both gift card versions can only be used for in-store purchases.

• E-gift cards can be purchased online following the steps below:
• Visit happy-harrys.com
• Select gift card
• Choose your denomination
• Select quantity
• Select Add to Cart
• You will be able to add a gift recipient’s email address and gift message
• Proceed to checkout

HOW ARE HAPPY HARRY’S GIFT EGIFT CARDS DELIVERED?
E-Gift Card Orders:

• E-Gift cards will be delivered to the recipient’s email address
• **If your e-gift card was not delivered to the recipient’s email address, please have the recipient check all email folders (e.g. Promotions, Junk, Spam, etc.) **or contact [email protected] for further assistance

HOW DO I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?
Check your gift card balance on happy-harrys.com or in-store at any checkout.
