Happy Harry's Direct Offer No. 14
Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon 1.5 L - 2014They focus on just three things: chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon and hospitality. This allows them to maintain their extremely high standards of wine quality and value, while still exploring ways to improve their wines, their guest experiences and their culture year after year. Every detail is attended to with a passion guided by John Jordan’s philosophy that every vintage, every meal and every tasting should be better than the last.
Jordan wines are made in a European style that allows them to pair well with a broad range of foods. Their winemaking emphasizes the wine’s fruit and acidity rather than its alcohol and tannin. Acidity plays two roles central to food pairing: cleansing of the palate and providing balance. Achieving elegance and balance in the bottle drives all that they do in their vineyards and cellar so that every bottle of Jordan enhances the meal, not overwhelms it.
Just in time for your Holiday entertaining – the state of North Dakota received 18 bottles of Jordan 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon 1.5L and Happy Harry’s was fortunate to obtain all of them just for you!
Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon 1.5L – 2014
A wine with elegance, refinement, and plenty of verve. Its perfume of blackberries and black cherries mingles with a backdrop of subtle oak notes. The palate has a velvety richness that coats the mouth in concentrated flavors of blackberries and cassis, laced with fine tannins from seamlessly integrated, new French oak. Enticing flavors of chocolate, violets and dark fruits linger on the long finish.
