Blueberry Mojito
Ingredients:
1 serving Blueberry Boba POPS
2 oz Silver Rum
1.5 oz Soda Water
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
5 Mint Leaves
Lime Wedge (garnish)
Instructions: Tear mint leaves. Add all ingredients to shaker except Boba POPS. Pour into a rocks glass. Add Boba POPS. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
Raspberry Spritz
Ingredients:
1 serving Raspberry Boba POPS
5 oz Prosecco
Raspberries (garnish)
Lime Wedge (garnish)
Instructions: Build in a wine glass. Add ice. Stir. Garnish with raspberries and a lime wedge.
Strawberry Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 serving Strawberry Boba POPS
4 oz Lemonade
2 oz Citrus Vodka
Lemon Wheel (garnish)
Instructions: Add lemonade and vodka to a shaker with ice. Strain into a tall rocks glass over fresh ice. Add Boba POPS and garnish with a lemon wheel.
Poppin’ Lychee Cosmo
Ingredients:
1 serving Lychee Boba POPS
2 oz Citrus Vodka
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
Orange Twist or Lime Wheel (garnish)
Instructions: Shake all ingredients except Boba POPS over ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Drop the Boba POPS into the glass and garnish with an orange twist or a lime wheel.
Peach Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
1 serving Peach Boba POPS
2 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Orange, Cinnamon, or Cardamom Bitters
Orange Twist (garnish)
Luxardo Cherry (garnish)
Instructions: Stir all ingredients except Boba POPS over ice. Strain into a lowball glass over a large ice cube. Add Boba POPS to the glass and garnish with an orange twist and a Luxardo cherry.
